Can I have a sample before I buy it?

Yes, you can order any sample online. You can order up to four (4) samples free of charge, which will be delivered within 24 hours.

What is the return policy?

As we provide made-to-measure products, we only accept returns on damaged, incorrectly made, or defective products. For more information, visit our Return & Refunds page

What if my product arrives damaged?

If any damaged product is delivered to you, we will replace the damaged product with a new product.

If your product is clearly damaged on arrival, do not open the package straight away. Please take clear images of the damaged box. Then open the box to check if the product is also damaged. If yes, please take a clear image of the damage and send this to our customer service team with your order number, within 7 days of delivery.

What if my product has been made incorrect or has a defect?

If you receive an incorrectly made or defective product, we will replace it with a new product. For more information, visit our Return & Refunds page

Will I receive Free Installation?

For any order above AED 1,000 you will be entitled to our FREE installation service. If your order is less than AED 1,000 you will have to pay an additional amount of AED 200 for installation.

Are your prices inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)?

All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
